Deadline: 14 days after receipt to request a refund (excluding personalized prints or custom-made products, which are non-refundable).

• Product intact, in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase required.

• Return costs at your expense, unless we make an error.

Terms and conditions:

• Full refund (excluding initial delivery charges) within 14 days of receipt of return.

• Defective or incorrect product: full refund (including return shipping).

2. Return the product to the address indicated.

3. Refund to the original payment method.

Exclusions:

• Personalized or custom prints.

• Products damaged by the customer.
